Short Table Ext Grey Hammertone

Simply remove the existing table top (and plate) and place the extension piece into the top of the existing table leg.  Tighten the wingnut to secure the extension piece into place.  Refit the table top (and plate) on the extension piece.  Fits all table legs with a 45mm tube diameter.
